We're looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Support Recruitment team. Reporting to the Head of Support Recruitment, you'll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment systems, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with recruitment, HR administration, or talent coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional attention to detail.
Job Description
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling across multiple vacancies.
- Screen applications and support recruiters with candidate shortlisting activities.
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data within our ATS.
- Manage recruitment administration including offers, contracts, reference checks, and compliance checks.
- Support candidate sourcing activities and talent pool management.
- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with reporting, recruitment projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers and the Support Recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR, or a similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and administration capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS), with SmartRecruiters experience highly regarded.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
