• Proven experience as a medical receptionist.
• Previous experience in the dental industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
