Position Requirements:

Duties Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides quality interface for internal and external customers, while upholding organizational Values at all times
- Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability for products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth
- Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions
- Efficiently manages the region’s Aerospace , Defense , Telecom , Industrial and distribution segment relationships. Works in conjunction with the global sales team to provide customer solutions
- Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking
- Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. And periodically disseminate information to corporate
- Take up other Special projects as and when assigned.
Key Competencies required:
- Strong communication skills with proven track record of effective communications within various organizational functions & Levels.
- Proven Sales and Marketing skills.
- Working knowledge of electronics industry within the assigned sales territory
- Strong closing skills. Prior attendance at formal sales training courses a plus
- Proven oral, written, telephone & Presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
- Computer literate
