Job Description
• Overall responsible for entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration.
• To formulate and implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards.
• To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations.
• To handle Social & Buyers Compliance
• Incumbent will be responsible for the Industrial relation, statutory compliance, Grievance handling, Managing trade unions, support and guidance to station managers.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
