We have immediate requirements for "Sr.National Sales Manager" Position with our US Based MNC Clients in Bangalore.

Job Description:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expand and grow the business by developing new long term strategic accounts in core markets sectors from engineering contractors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) segments
  • Make & implement sales plan and create new business and opportunities in targeted markets and sub-segments
  • Propose and communicate offering needed with management and BU to meet targeted customer requirement
  • Conduct presentation to promote products with end users, system integrators and contractors and work closely with product engineers to position our specification with OEM to achieve monthly sustainable business
  • Follow up with all leads and reports on a daily basis the activities (CRM system) for each sub-segment and their grow plans
  • Work closely with marketing to develop growth initiatives & implement business strategies that is aligned with the company and ensure smooth implementation of the strategies into the sales operating plan to fulfill the objectives
  • Ensure all staff are trained and developed to sell all suitable products professionally in compliance to Our client Sensors Ethics and Standards, continuously improving customer satisfaction, measured by regular surveys and/or KPIs.
  • Providing significant input into strategic plans for the continued expansion of the business in all target segments, working closely with teams in value based management and goal deployment planning
  • Comply with Our client Sensors global strategy and Our client Sensors Inida direction & business priorities

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in similar industry and in-depth product knowledge
  • Must have worked in industry product selling for more than 10 years
  • Experience of selling Industry components
  • Has successful experience in developing new customers
  • Advanced strategic sales & marketing thinking, tactics and skill of new business development in related sub-segments
  • Exposure to brand management a distinct advantage
  • Should have market/product segment knowledge, preferred in railway, access control, etc.
  • Managing & Appointing new distributor’s all India
  • Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Sales Managers and National Managers
  • Implementation of Billing targets at all India level
  • Responsible for interacting with foreign principals on technical support and commercial/pricing matters
  • Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability
  • Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through National Manager and Sales Manager to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives
  • Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
  • Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum qualification Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering
