We have openings for the position of "Analyst Procurement (Electronics) ” for a reputed MNC client for Bangalore Location

Job title: Analyst Procurement (Electronics)

Job Location: Bangalore.

Role Summary

Primary responsibility is to provide analytical support to the GTC Procurement Team and the Procurement Organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Prepare all required on demand, monthly, quarterly reports including YTD reports.

· Provide analytical support to the GTC, Category and Sourcing Teams.

· Educate and support the Procurement Team regarding IT Analytical Solutions.

· Provide Analytical support to the Sourcing and Category Teams.

· Support the GTC with Master Data analysis.

· Report and publish Procurement performance metrics

· Identify and analyse Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) elements.

· Provide price comparisons and support commodity benchmarks.

· Measures success of categories by tracking savings, diversity spend, and compliance to contract spend.

· Support category and sourcing teams to review status of progress against category plan.

· Collect commodity data to support the Strategic Sourcing and supplier selection process.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

· Understand, support and contribute to current Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred

MBA or related graduate degree

Work Experience

Required

3-5 yrs. Procurement experience in high-tech electronic component industry or related industries

Preferred

Previous experience in a global (multi-plant, multi-country) manufacturing environment .CPM/CPSM, CIRM, CPIM certification
