About the Position

Experience: 5-10 yrs

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities

· Actively manage and work with Service / Parts Teams on a daily basis to achieve sales and market share targets.

Ensure proper sales and service coverage and call frequency in the assigned territory.
Present product value propositions to customers.

·
Implement consistent and industry leading distribution management practices wherever required

· Monitor and manage sales volume, profitability, and account status in the assigned territory.

·
Manage and ensure customer / distributor participation in our client sales and service training programs.

·
Create and submit equipment sales forecasts.

·
Participate in appropriate and approved industry associations.

·
Motivate and build relationships with dealers and key customers in the territory.

·
Provide market feedback related to customer demands and product development needs or ideas.

·
Work closely and communicate effectively with applications team, engineers, inside sales people, and parts department

•Build relationships with, and motivate, employees, distribution principles and personnel               •Prepare, implement, monitor, and enforce regional targets                                                                           •Quote prices, delivery dates and update customers accordingly                                                                 •Provide technical crushing and screening product sales, support and guidance to distributors and customers                                                                                                                                                             •Participate in key industry associations.
•Fluent in English, living in India.
