About Company:

Our Client is one of India’s leading manufacturers of electrical and power equipment. It manufactures AC Motors, AC Generators, DC Machines, Traction Equipment, Electronics, Switchgear, Transformers and undertakes turnkey Electrical Projects.

About Position:
Experience: 5-7 yrs
Education: BE – Mechanical Engineering

Job Location: Mysore

Role Summary: Design of Power Transformers of rating in the range 5MVA-50MVA upto 220 KV Class

Job Description

1.Design of Transformers of voltage rating upto 132 KV , MVA rating upto to 50 MVA

2.Design of Corrugated Transformers

2.Preparation of Contract Drawings for Customers.

3.Preparation of Manufacturing Drawings like Yoke Clamp, Tank & Cover Assly and Internal Assembly and other related part drawings

4.Internal assembly and other related part drawings using Pro E ,Creo

4.Preparation of Tender Designs

5 Checking of Subordinate Drawings

5.Maintenance of Records as per ISO 9001 requirement

6.Preparation on BOM using SAP

7.Uploading of all drawings and Documents in CDMS
