Job Description
Position: SQL Server - Database Administrator
Project Location: Pune
Experience Level: 3-6 years of relevant experience
Below is key skills required for Database Administrator
Experience Required:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- SQL Server administration in an Active Directory
- TSQL, Performance tuning, SSIS packages
- SQL server clustering and DB replication, DB Links
- SQL server backup and recovery
- Relation DB model, Enterprise data modelling
- SQL server database security
- Database design, Implementation, management
- Microsoft database administration training/ certification
Preferred (Additional Skills)
- Proficient in SaaS processors and methods
- Familiar with SW release process
- Proficient of web services
- Strong understanding of SDLC including quality/Testing
- Programming : Classic ASP, C#, C++, Java, Microsoft .Net
- Understanding Microsoft Windows Server Technologies
- DB Maintenance & administration SQL server 2008
