Job Description

Role: Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager

Business Development Manager with hands on experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning and Relationship Management. Lead a team of Sales Managers, Product Specialists and Field Applications Engineers to Proactively Create and Address the Demand of Embedded Systems Development Tools in the Semiconductor and Electronics Industry. The role requires regular travel to customer sites to provide product presentation and support including assisting with post-sales support. The role will also require continually develop his or her knowledge base of current and new products within the company's portfolio communicate with customers regularly to see trends, problems and successes

The detailed Job Responsibilities is given below:

  • Attain the sales target set for specific territory for each fiscal year.
  • Develop and maintain the territory sales plan that focuses on key accounts.
  • Support build a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Identify and execute sales stimulus activities including planned seminars, product shows, and mailings.
  • Work closely with partner representatives to help our products reach a wider customer base.
  • Profile and penetrate key accounts by developing account profiles. Furthermore, understand customer organizations by department, function, strategies, and key programs.
  • Effectively utilize sales resources including applications engineers, channel partners, telesales representatives, and customer service representatives.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience Embedded Solutions and demonstrated track record of successful high-technology sales.
  • Highly motivated and success driven with strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience with tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

A Degree in B.E. or equivalent with more than 5 – 6 years’ experience in the relevant field.
