Job Description

The detailed Job Responsibilities is given below:

Responsibilities include overall understanding of the target segments, campaign planning marketing campaigns, creating marketing content, campaign production, brand building and reporting. Ongoing analysis of campaign performance by audience segment, testing, ROI Analysis and Reporting: on key campaign metrics.

ONLINE/DIGITAL MARKETING

To drive targeted and relevant traffic to the website through Online/Offline/On-Ground

Marketing activities with focus on consumer engagement, conversions as well as brand building.

  • Building brand by using digital platform
  • Responsible for executing our digital strategy and roadmap for all our brands including but not limited to social media management, digital paid media management, creative development, digital campaign execution and agency relationship management
  • Responsible for ideating and executing the entire digital marketing efforts of the company in multi-channel areas like SEO, SEM (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads etc.), Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Email Marketing, engagements through social groups
  • Developing and optimize the affiliate and referral marketing campaign of the company through innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Strategize and direct the entire Social Media Strategy of the company and integrate and in-line with the common marketing goals of the company.
  • Create an effective email marketing strategy for the customers in different targeted countries to ensure maximum click throughs and conversions.
  • Constantly innovate and devise new unique strategies as well as identify new channels to reach out to consumers
  • Ability to look through numbers and derive meaningful insights
  • To have exceptional agency management, consulting and influencing skills, together with proven success working effectively in and with cross functional teams
  • Work closely with product and marketing team to develop and execute an effective digital marketing strategy
  • Track and report on campaign performance and effectiveness and continuously optimize to drive better results.

OFFLINE / ON-GROUND MARKETING

  • Managing all the offline/on-ground marketing activities for the company
  • Execute marketing campaigns to help increase the reach of the product.
  • Responsible for exploring all effective channels of offline marketing and execution
  • Liaise with the local/state/national level vendors /companies/marketing agencies to execute the campaigns in the most cost-effective manner
  • Responsible for making weekly reports on the spends and analyzing the ROI for the channels chosen for conducting the campaigns
  • Collating market feedback pertaining to the product image and competitors etc.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager/Management from time to time.
