Job Description
The Project-Partnership Manager adds value to Aadmi’s sales process, manages projects engaged with our global partners, and leads the direction for cultivating Aadmi’s global strategic partnerships. The core responsibilities include:
Partnership Engagement and Management
Assess current and potential partnerships to ensure Aadmi pursues opportunities which will yield the most impact for our clients, are consistent with our approach, ethics and values.
Develop and negotiate partnership frameworks and agreements.
Encourage two-way lead and project referrals.
Manage partnerships through regular meetings, monitoring of joint activities, contributions made, successes and challenges.
Project Development
Attend opportunity sizing discussions with the sales team and partners.
Engage in client proposal development, taking ownership of partner quotations.
Establish project plans in Aadmi’s project software, engaging relevant team members.
Project Implementation and Management
Engage with clients for project onboarding meetings.
Oversee the implementation of work done by partners, ensuring that activities production schedules and client expectations are met.
Report project progress to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Partnership Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation
Maintain partners, partner opportunities, and partner sales in CRM.
Own the “partnership funnel” and communications to Aadmi leadership.
Work in conjunction with Sales/Partners to move leads through sales progression from initial discussion to closure and implementation.
Report on internal key metrics such as to activity metrics, revenue share, lead generation, etc.
Work with internal groups and partners to troubleshoot issues arising through the implementation or integration processes.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
Significant experience in partnership relations (acquiring - opening – support – termination)
Domain knowledge (Global Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) is an asset

Competency in partnership development and project management
Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Developing partnerships in the context of global operations, including identifying partnership opportunities, brokering and cultivating relationships, designing partnership arrangements, facilitating partner negotiations, and formalizing partnership deal structures
Excellent writing and synthesis skills
Knowledge of another language is an asset (oral, written)

Excellent in building relationship and representation
Adaptable and flexible
Strong autonomy, with a team working focus
Stress resistant

The position can be located anywhere. Our HQ is in Boston, but our partners and clients are here and everywhere else.
Compensation is base + bonus, but for the partnership sales driven individual that can encourage existing clients and partnerships to do more, the commission can be quite substantial.
