Working with business and technical folks to define recommended solutions across applications.
1 focused on applications side of marketing area, finding solutions for marketing folks.
1 focused on data/database.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of data
System level architecture.
Data concepts
Multi-applications knowledge
Knowledge of APIs
Understand Agile environment

Applications: Eloqua (similar to other marketing tools, Eloqua is not a necessity.)
DB: Oracle (MAY be moving to Hadoop in the future)
Dev: Some Java and .NET

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of a marketing system
Knowledge of salesforce
