Location: Phila, Pa.
Duration: One year plus extensions
US citizen or GC preferred but will accept H-1b.

Job description: Senior Business Analyst consultant (Experience with City Gov't, Water Revenue and
Billing experience is a must have)

Thorough knowledge of the following is required:
• BASIS2
• .NET
• JAVA
• IMS
• Oracle 11
• VSAM
• COBOL
• SQL
• MVS JCL
• FTP
• ACH payment format
• Knowledge of Relational Database Structures
