Head Chef / Kitchen Manager Required - £30,000 - Work-Life Balance 

AWD.Group have partnered with a prestigious Portsmouth business, the venue itself has had a huge presence and influence in the city for hundreds of years, steeped in sporting history and memorabilia, this a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class team and business.

We are looking for a head chef, with a can-do attitude, a keen problem solver, able to manage under pressure with ambition and drive to aid the growth of one of the city's most loved venues.

Our ideal head chef would have come from working in the hotel - banqueting - events, able to execute volume whilst not neglecting quality. We would like our head chef to have a real eye for consistency and details, as head chef you will be in charge of rotas, menu/dish design, ordering, and all health and safety documentation.
