Job Brief for Head Chef – We are recruiting on behalf of a Sushi/Japanese style restaurant hotel in Portsmouth who are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to run their kitchen. This is a new venture so an amazing opportunity to grow a business with a new food offer. 

The Ideal Head Chef – We are looking for a Head Chef with experience in cooking a wide range of Asian style cuisine and who is familiar with the culture and ingredients.

Package for Head Chef – The successful candidate will be entitled to the below-starting package.

• A starting salary of up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
• Bonus paid dependant sales and GP targets
