Legend Level Sous Chef Required 

We are seeking a Sous Chef for a fantastic client, we have partnered with this premium venue to seek Hampshires super talent. 

The building/restaurant has undergone major refurbishment, with no expense spared, both kitchen and restaurant are finished to a very high standard. 

With a newly appointment Head Chef, focussing heavily on disrupting and owning Portsmouths
Now the building is complete our client is striving for a premium food offer and dining experience, AA Rosette's and above, with a new menu launching very soon - we need someone that can pick up and push hard! 

We would our Sous Chef: 
  • AA Rosette or modern fine dining background as Sous Chef level 
  • Knowledge of varied culinary techniques 
  • Ability to create/cost & execute stunning sustainable dishes 
  • Passion for in house butchery/bringing bags of knife skills 
  • As sous you will be a driver of kitchen culture and mentoring 

(We would look at Senior Chef de Parties with proven fine dining & AA Rosette background 3 years plus)

Up for grabs: 
  • Be apart of business in growth/building reputation 
  • Mentoring and progression (Head Chef has worked for Rene Redzepi) 
  • 48 hour contract over 5 days 
  • Package up to £30,000 including tips 
  • Uniform provided 
  • Food on shift 
  • Creativity on menu 
  • Amazing staff parties & outings 
This is a straight in for a coffee and then into the kitchen recruitment process, skills test and shift shadow.
