We need a Sous Chef that is passionate about seasonal & sustainable produce, full of energy and looking to join a business known for its people and culture. The food offer is seasonal with all dishes made in house with fine local suppliers. 

Situated on a picture post card river and surrounded by stunning countryside, this beautiful timber-framed building dates from Medieval times.

This is a superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a real special team & company, with plenty of career progression on offer, longterm share options, generous tips and live in available. 

 We would like:

• Sous Chef for at least 3 years
