Job Description

What we do in the CIO office in AVIV

Finance, Tech/IT and HR are pivotal functions at AVIV Group. Teams within IT include Service Operations, Infrastructure & End User Computing, Application management as well as HCM, ERP and identity management. In order to unify our Finance, People and Tech processes we are redefining and reorganising our user facing support functions. Looking ahead we want to digitalise Finance and People Processes leading to zero touch on and offboarding, accurate and automatic reporting and world class identity management.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Strong Workday knowledge, with configuration experience in at least Core HCM, Reporting and Security.
  • Previous experience in Workday support roles (ticket management, user training, system updates, reporting).
  • Good understanding of HR business processes.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • A high energy individual with good English communication skills
  • Knowledge of Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance or Recruiting is a plus.
  • Experience in previous workday implementations is an advantage
