With millions of App users across Europe looking for the right property to buy, rent or sell, the Mobile Experience team is a multicultural team working on building the best-in-class native apps on both iOS and Android to provide delightful journeys in these key life moments.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management: You will be responsible for one of your key teams building the features search experience for all mobile apps of the AVIV group. For that, we are searching for a candidate that can identify our users' problems and develop Product solutions to offer them. You can manage the entire life cycle of a product, from its design (discovery) to its launch (delivery). You will work closely with the technical and design team to ensure a fast pace of product delivery.
- User obsessed: You gather all the qualitative and quantitative information to identify the problems and needs of our users in collaboration with Product Designers, User Researchers and the Growth & Analytics teams
- Analytics: You also rely on Analytics tools to analyze and understand our users. Your decisions to improve products will be made with regard to KPIs and numerical analyses in order to anticipate and see the impact of your projects.
- Lean: You adopt Discovery techniques to evolve products quickly, iteratively and incrementally.
- Business expertise: you keep up-to-date with the best practices and keep an eye on what the other leading sites are doing, so that we can always offer the best user experience.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for
- You have a successful experience (at least 2 years) as a Product Manager for consumer facing B2C apps.
- You are comfortable in a distributed and cross-functional environment where you work closely with Product Designers and Developers to create products with real impact.
- You have good listening, synthesis and organizational skills.
- You have an excellent level of oral and written communication.
- Proficiency in English and open to work in an international working environment
