WHAT WE DO IN SEEKER DOMAIN AT AVIV

A 'Seeker' is an individual who wishes to buy or rent a property via one of our classified portals.  At AVIV we have a team of dedicated experts who are responsible for helping our Seekers unlock their perfect place across all brands under the AVIV Group in Europe.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:

• You will identify our users' problems and develop Product solutions to answer them.
• You will manage all the steps of launching new products and improvements , from the problem identification (discovery) to the launch of the solution (delivery).
• You will work closely with the technical team to ensure a fast pace of product delivery.
• You will gather all the qualitative and quantitative information to identify the problems and needs of our users in collaboration with Product Designers, Researchers and the Growth & Analytics teams.
• You also rely on Analytics tools to analyze and understand our users. Your decisions to improve products will be made with regard to KPIs and numerical analyses in order to anticipate and see the impact of your projects.
• You adopt design-inspired techniques to evolve products quickly, iteratively and incrementally.
• You keep up-to-date with the best practices and keep an eye on what the other leading sites are doing, so that we can always offer the best user experience.

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:

• Several years of experience in an equivalent position (Product Owner or Product Manager)
• A team player and familiar in working in agile teams.
• You are an enthusiastic person, who knows how to communicate your passion in order to motivate people from different backgrounds (Design, Tech, Business)
• You speak English and German on a fluent level
