WHAT WE DO IN INTERMEDIARY AT AVIV 

The Intermediary organisation helps tens of thousands of real estate agents in Germany, France and Belgium deliver outstanding service to property owners and seekers along all transaction stages. We provide tools which allow agents to build a strong online presence, digitise their workflows, and amplify their local expertise and relationships with access to AVIV’s huge user base and treasure trove of data.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN

• Maintain and make evolution on the different platforms on Immowelt Intermediary domain.
• Get involved in the creation of an european platform for AVIV intermediary domain.

• Be personally responsible for that the own produced software follows applicable rules and guidelines that are stated for AVIV organization and actively counteract deviations from these, both own and others deviations.

• Actively search for advice from co-workers when being uncertain of technical solutions. - Actively share knowledge with co-workers.

• Be flexible and seek knowledge in competence areas outside your own main focus. 

• Be responsible to develop your own knowledge of the current working environment.

• Be able to communicate with all AVIV involved technicians (Architects, Data engineer, …) to participate actively in the realization of our projects.

• As a team lead your role will be also to help team’s member to growth technically and help them understand the AVIV strategy. 

ABOUT YOU

• Previous work experience as a Lead developer- Fullstack with NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript experience

• Understanding of core AWS services, uses, and basic AWS architecture best practices. Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications using AWS.

• Good project management skills/ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Critical thinker and good problem-solver.

• Good working knowledge in the software development tools used at the unit including Visual Studio, AWS system…
