B2C Core Experience 

As a Director of Product Design for our B2C core experience you will operate within the entire seeker domain for products deployed across all of our brands in Europe. In close collaboration with your counterparts in product, tech and research you will lead your teams to discover new products and iterate on existing ones, while further driving up the design maturity of your organisation.

Job Description

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Lead Product Design for our core experience and ensure excellence in all phases of UX work, including research, concepts, prototypes, detailed design, and implementation. 
  • Manage 20 Product Designers, 3 Product Design Managers and maximise effective usage of our embedded and connected specialists, such as UX Researchers, UX Writers, Design System Designers, Design Ops and Research Ops.
  • Drive individual growth and maturity of your organisation
  • Co-create the product strategy, an interlocking UX strategy and drive the execution in pursuit of those goals.
  • Understand data-informed product development, using the latest techniques for product discovery, solutioning and roll-outs.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU:

  • Significant years of relevant work experience, including UX Design, UI Design and Research, working collaboratively with product, engineering and research
  • Significant years of leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership, including hiring and developing managers and individual contributors.
  • Experience in designing B2B products. 
  • Experience in working across organisational and functional boundaries to prioritise opportunities and mitigate constraints.
  • Experience in working in a large, matrixed organisation.
