You’ll be part of a team who help attract, keep and grow our talent by improving the employee experience. You’ll do this through data driven people programs whilst building a competitive rewards portfolio. 

Job Description

What you can expect

  • Support delivery of executive & global compensation programs and processes, in alignment with market practice and group strategy.
  • Support performance review process.
  • Assist job architecture and grading implementation.
  • Support a yearly benchmarking process and perform compensation assessments to identify market comparability.
  • Perform an assessment of internal pay data to identify trends and offer suggestions for improving equity and strengthening the company's position within the market.
  • Support communication and change management for implementation of Compensation programs.

Qualifications

About you

  • Strong experience of compensation or rewards within an HR team.
  • High level of affinity to and experience with digital reward solutions.
  • Experience with Compensation module in SucessFactors or Workday Advanced Compensation desired
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets
