What we do in the CIO office in AVIV

Finance, Tech\IT and HR are pivotal functions at AVIV Group. Teams within IT include Service Operations, Infrastructure & End User Computing, Application management as well as HCM, ERP and identity management. In order to unify our Finance, People and Tech processes we are currently implementing Workday as a new HCM and Finance system. Looking ahead we want to digitalise Finance and People Processes leading to zero touch on and offboarding, accurate and automatic financial reporting and world class identity management.

What we are looking for

• A dynamic leader to run our Workday ERP across all locations within the Aviv group, working closely with others in the CIO office, senior leadership in Finance and the CISO office to ensure a seamless and secure technology experience
• Work closely with the HCM lead to round out the Workday team
• Act as a change ambassador to simplify and standardise business processes. 
• Enable our finance teams (procurement, tax, payroll etc) to retire all legacy systems and move to Workday
• Work closely with the rest of the People Systems team to standardise and modernise our financial reporting ecosystem
• Connect Workday to all relevant internal systems such as Salesforce and ADP
• Play an integral role at the steering committee, which will include AVIV’s CFO, Chief People Officer and CIO.

Your profile

• You have proven experience in implementing and running Workday in a multicountry and multibrand environment and bring knowledge and passion for implementation and operation of ERP platforms.
• You possess strong project management and communication skills.
• You feel welcome in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Automation and great employee experience excite you and you are able to hit the ground running in environments with constant change.
• Proven servant leadership and the ability to deal well with large amounts of change at a rapid pace are the cornerstones of any position at Aviv and you live for this
• Fluency in English is mandatory. German and French are a plus.
