What we do in Finance in AVIV

Finance is a pivotal function at AVIV Group. Teams within Finance which include, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury & Tax and Procurement have a combined responsibility to ensure we grow sustainably, responsibly and aligned to our ambition of being the leading Real Estate Classifieds company in Europe. In order to unify our Finance processes we are currently implementing Workday as a new HCM and Finance system. Looking ahead we want to digitalise Finance Processes and also venture into AI and Robotic Process Automation. 

Job Description

What we do in Finance in AVIV

Finance is a pivotal function at AVIV Group. Teams within Finance which include, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury & Tax and Procurement have a combined responsibility to ensure we grow sustainably, responsibly and aligned to our ambition of being the leading Real Estate Classifieds company in Europe. In order to unify our Finance processes we are currently implementing Workday as a new HCM and Finance system. Looking ahead we want to digitalise Finance Processes and also venture into AI and Robotic Process Automation. 

 

What we are looking for

  • Lead the continued deployment and ongoing enhancements of Workday Finance modules in Germany, France, and Belgium from within the Finance function, working closely together with our CIO and  IT PMOs, reporting to the Group Senior Director Finance (CFO-1).
  • Be the primary point of contact on the Finance AVIV side for our implementation partners.
  • Align internal subject matter experts and process owners on a common standard for Finance (reporting, accounting, purchase to pay, billing, expenses etc.).
  • Act as a change ambassador to simplify and standardise business processes. 
  • You’re the person with a vision for Finance systems (not only Workday) and processes.
  • Play an integral role at the steering committee, which will include AVIV’s CFO and CIO.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • You have proven experience as a Finance Manager and have been part of previous ERP implementations and their related business process transformations. Workday implementation experience is a plus.
  • You possess strong project management and communication skills.
  • You feel welcome in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • You have a strong interest and ideally achieved improvements with RPA / AI.
  • You are driven to bring about positive change both personally and professionally.
  • You thrive in tight-knit, dynamic environments and are able to be an agent of change within and beyond the corporate function.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. German and French are a plus.
