* Identify application requirements using data collection and analysis methods to assess user and business process requirements.
* Participate in the development, testing and implementation of applications following technical requirements and company standards.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of application processes to improve the quality, reliability and efficiency of applications.
* Monitor application performance and identify potential problems and resolve them
* Work with other departments to understand end-user needs and identify the best solutions to meet those needs
* Contribute to the documentation of procedures and policies related to application management.

* Experience in system administration on Windows, Linux, MAC
* Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting
* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with end users and other members of the application management team
* Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments

*Implementation, administration, management, and level 2 support of SaaS tools (Google
Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, 1Password,)
* Knowledge of the integration of different application systems (e.g. integration of different SaaS applications with database management and authentication systems)
* Automation skills (e.g. use of scripts to facilitate deployment and maintenance tasks)
* Experience in using troubleshooting and log monitoring tools for SaaS tools

Two stage video process. First interview is with the Hiring Manager and the second is a meet with the team and questions from a team member
