We operate in autonomous, cross functional teams each with its own mission and success metrics. Teams are given objectives and are empowered to find the best solutions to achieve those objectives. Our goal is to be the #1 place that people across Europe come to find a home. 

With more than 15 brands across Europe (Germany, France, Belgium and Spain )  Seeker team is a multicultural, multi competency team working on building the best in class experience (web and Apps) to provide delightful journeys  to our users allowing them to find the right property to buy, rent or sell, in their key life moments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:

• Identify growth opportunities for financing products across all AVIV brands
• Focus on improving user success and business metrics rather than working on feature roadmaps
• Ensure collaboration and communication across all AVIV Stakeholders and various partners to build consensus on the product roadmap and OKRs of the financing products
• Professional leadership of Product Owners in different brands and collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization to develop digital product delivery strategies and improve product development.
• Supervise daily usage data of your products and continuously identify improvements
• desires to be in a high-ownership role
• is a real team player who masters and appreciates the cooperation and leadership of interdisciplinary teams
• work collaboratively across brands to build and maintain
• work closely with engineering, design and internal teams to regularly ship impactful improvements
• keep up-to-date with the best practices and keep an eye on what the other leading sites are doing, so that we can always offer the best user experience
• A strong product mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative
• adopt Discovery techniques to evolve products quickly, iteratively and incrementally

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:

• You worked 3-5 years in product management and have strong prioritization skills
• Proven track record of iteratively building products from MVP to "best-in-class" products across all device categories
• Drive the product management process from start to finish; understand the market; conceptualise and validate new products and features; prioritize, prototype, test, implement and supervise success
• You have great communications skills, both written and spoken with fluency in English
• You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, communicate with them regularly and ensure the highest possible transparency on the product developement.
• You need to be comfortable making decisions and work towards clear outcomes.
• You have successfully created go-to-market plans and led product launches
• Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
• Fast learner and eager to share knowledge
• You are driven by product performance metrics., but with a strong collaborative approach and willing to be hands-on across different teams and stakeholders
