In concrete terms, your daily life of a Senior Product Designer consists of :

Create and communicate ideas based on your deep understanding of your users to help your team to focus on the right problem then the right solution. You will work on strategic projects, from complex problems to simple, usable and delightful experiences. You also will work closely with your Product Team in order to achieve our KRs.

Your mission:

• Work across all phases of design work: participate in research, define the conceptual foundation for design solutions, execute excellent UX flows, apply visual design systems, prototype using a variety of tools and methods, create production-ready designs, conduct usability testing, support multi-disciplinary teams during implementation
• Bring narrative of user needs to the cross-functional team with deep collaboration with UX Researchers and shape the experience with UX Writers
• Work close with developers to ensure the proper integration of the solutions
• Proactively advocate your impact through UX measurement and perform A/B tests with Product Managers and the technical team
• Define and follow up the success criteria in collaboration with your Cross-functional team
• You will monitor the performance of the features and experiences you designed and will continuously seek signals, patterns, and evidence in the data to improve the user experience and business impact
• Contribute to the creation of outstanding experiences, incorporating best practices and creating solid, engaging UX and IxD
• Inspire, push creativity, challenge established thinking, and identify industry best practices with a strong collaboration with peers in other design teams to contribute to the global design community

Your Skills :

• At least 7 years experience in product design (working in-house for a B2C product is an advantage)
• You always seek feedback and like to promote an inclusive, empathetic and low-ego approach to work
• You fall in love with the problems, not the solutions, and you lead your team in adopting this mindset to foster innovation and continuous improvement
• Solid experience working alongside Engineers and Product Managers in a cross-functional autonomous product team using agile methodologies
• You are used to interviewing users at any stage of the design cycle (interviews, questionnaires, user tests, analysis...)
• Experience in defining and working with the product metrics with your team
• You think about interfaces not as static pixels but as dynamic experiences and can express yourself effortlessly with motion, flows and stories
• Able to adapt to fast-changing environments. You’re a system thinker. You can anticipate the ripple effects that changes will have on the overall product portfolio experience
• You have a portfolio showcasing your craft, skill experience and product design processes across a range of commercial products
• You’re capable to adapt, improve  and contribute to the growth of our Design System. You come always with a clear methodology, being capable of defining, organizing, and prioritizing tasks of your own
• You are comfortable in communicating professionally in English as we are an international team
