Job Description

What we are looking for

  • Reporting to the People Director Germany you will be responsible for executing people processes across the AVIV GmbH
  • Consult and enable our top management and business executives on a diverse range of people topics by acting as their trusted and strategic people partner
  • Run people planning and people data for the AVIV GmbH, and work closely together with our global finance team
  • Implement Workday HCM together with the global HR BP team
  • Set up people guidelines in alignment with our global people strategy to be locally compliant and provide strategic guidance for the teams
  • Implement and oversee HR operations processes which are perfectly aligned with the unique needs of the business to ensure the highest possible service levels
  • In collaboration with our global Talent Acquisition, providing a data-driven & results-oriented recruiting and resource planning
  • Together with the management team, execute and steer performance and feedback reviews for all our AVIV GmbH employees
  • Advise on local labour law regulations and implications in collaboration with the Aviv HR BPs and Axel Springer HR departments
  • Facilitate team sessions regarding AVIV’s engagement survey and work with the management team on measurable action planning

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a comparable position
  • You have excellent project management skills (experience in working with OKRs)
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean, and agile environment
  • You have the ability to understand local needs and act as a strategic advisor for our global Center of Excellence (Talent Management, Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition) to be able to build customer-obsessed offers and frameworks across AVIV
  • You have a good knowledge of German labor, works constitution, and social security law
  • You feel at ease in a cross-cultural matrix organization
  • You act as a team player and understand what's best for AVIV #OneTeamGroupFirst
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus. The position is based in Berlin
