What we do in Strategy & Transformation

We are responsible for defining the strategy and lead its execution to transform the AVIV Group.

Our team lead strategy and OKR setting in response to company capabilities, changing customer needs and the competitive market context. We prioritise strategic initiatives to optimise investment between various countries and customer opportunities by driving execution in top multi-country/function initiatives through PMO, insights and progress tracking - we’re also responsible for up and out of organisation messaging. Our work also includes source, seed and accelerating transformation opportunities, working closely with markets to deliver and embed greenshoot innovation.

Job Description

What we are looking for

The Principal Strategy & Transformation is a key role in designing and delivering the strategic building blocks of AVIV’s transformational growth and managing a portfolio of strategic projects for the group.

  • Structure our responses to critical business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal & external stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of issues.
  • Lead initiatives, staffed by small teams of internal strategy consultants, to incubate new business opportunities, accelerate our market response, and transition these to ‘go to market’ in our countries.
  • Coordinate high-profile, multi-country, multi-division initiatives in partnership with executive and senior leadership to drive transformation of our solutions, products and processes

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 7 years+ professional experience with leadership skills and a strong execution bias to drive initiatives to completion 
  • Relevant experience in strategy, business transformation and M&A, preferably in a top-tier management/strategy consultancy, strategy/transformation function or Private Equity
  • Entrepreneurial: someone who is curious and can take initiative, with a a capacity to think holistically and strategically
  • Capacity to build trusted and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English is essential (written and verbal) with fluency in German and French a plus
