What we do in Strategy & Transformation

We are responsible for defining the strategy and lead its execution to transform the AVIV Group.

Our team lead strategy and OKR setting in response to company capabilities, changing customer needs and the competitive market context. We prioritise strategic initiatives to optimise investment between various countries and customer opportunities by driving execution in top multi-country/function initiatives through PMO, insights and progress tracking - we’re also responsible for up and out of organisation messaging. Our work also includes source, seed and accelerating transformation opportunities, working closely with markets to deliver and embed greenshoot innovation.

Job Description

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a Transformation Office (TO) Principal  who will lead the execution of transformation and change projects. Key responsibilities will include;

  • Lead the Transformation Office delivering top multi-country/division initiatives in partnership with senior leadership optimising our solutions, delivery and processes
  • Support the executive team in identifying, shaping and driving transformation initiatives
  • Own insights and progress tracking on transformation projects and strategic priorities within, up and out of the organisation including presentations and regular reporting
  • Design governance to drive execution, ensuring coordination and collaboration between countries and functions through PMO e.g. reporting, meetings, governance rhythm, cost
  • Resolve risks, issues and dependencies to maximise and accelerate delivery of our priorities
  • Preparation of project reports including status reports and project dashboards, tracking and analysis of budgetary information across the full project portfolio

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 10 years+ professional experience establishing and leading larger transformation, PMO and delivery programs with a strong execution bias to drive initiatives to completion 
  • Leadership experience in transformation, project management and delivery in a top-tier strategy consulting, technology firm or Private Equity would be highly relevant
  • Proven team leadership skills and capacity to strategically solve complex problems and manage various stakeholders to deliver projects effectively and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English is essential (written and verbal) with fluency in German and French a plus
  • Relevant but not essential would be a professional qualification such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, APMP or PMP
