Job Description

What we do in the team at AVIV:

The FP&A team of AVIV France is supporting the French Business to develop and expand. The team counts 8 highly talented people, organised with a Topline controlling team and finance business partners. 

Our missions are to anticipate, to guide and to plan the business. Working closely with Commercial strategy senior director and Business performance teams, we maintain 

What we are looking for:

  • Act as a Finance Business Partner to France leadership team in France, in charge of commercial scope (Revenue modelling, Commercial Ops, Brand & Com, Commercial Strategy)

  • Act as a Business Partner to the other Finance BPs into the group to ensure accurate booking’s reporting, according to the financial recognition methodologies for French entities

  • Forecast revenue lines and costs incurred, understanding the inputs and drivers and ensuring accuracy of data,

  • Enhance and improve our planning and performance management landscape by leveraging the power of financial and analytics systems and actively engaging with stakeholders across the group to set ambitious but achievable goals.

  • Perform monthly financial reviews and prepare material supports to management

  • Prepare forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with Commercial Ops and Commercial Strategy leaders

  • Prepare budget and track actual vs. budget analysis

  • Provide decision-making support analysis for projects, customer transactions and other initiatives

  • Collaborate with FP&A Finance Partners to deliver forecast inputs and analysis of actuals that are concise, timely, and accurate

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in subscription revenue environment - SaaS

  • Master's degree in: Finance, Economics or Accounting

  • Very strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to drill-down into details and create actionable outcome

  • Experience with FP&A functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes

  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles

  • To be organized, flexible and easily adaptive to changing conditions

  • Experience supporting/partnering with Senior Management

  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP and billing systems; revenue management, Planning and CRM systems

  • Strategic thinking skills

  • The ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines

  • The ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities
