Job Description

What we are looking for:

  • Develop specific SEO strategies to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction, engagement and impact
  • Build, for your Topic, an SEO strategy roadmap working closely with your manager, the head of SEO, your SEO Team and the team “Performance Marketing Strategy”,
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Forecast sales performance trends
  • Manage and improve SEO content, working closely with local Content team
  • Collaborating with Product & Tech, Growth & Analytics teams (analytics, data science), local market (business, marketing, communication & PR) to increase client satisfaction through cohesive, integrated SEO strategy
  • Always monitor and keep an eye on our competitors
  • Keep Aviv ahead of the curve with SEO / digital technology developments
  • Drive and communicate the SEO strategy and its relationship to the organization’s mission, vision and values

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

  • 1-2 Years experience with SEO strategy & “hands on” operational knowledge
  • Recognized technical experience for large websites (crawlers, logs analyzing, serving methods SSR, SSG etc.)
  • Communication Skills: collaboration with the team, stakeholders and the over whole organisation)
  • Marketing Skills (Run and Comment charts & figures, reporting, selling your projects, explaining and evangelizing internally
  • Great communication skills (oral, written, ability to easily communicate on technical topics and exchange with internal stakeholders)
  • Fluent in English and German
