Job Description

What we do in the team at AVIV:

As part of the internal communications team, you will contribute to creating understanding, alignment, and commitment to our purpose, strategy, objectives &  culture evolution to foster business results. 

You will contribute to communication campaigns and projects and implement company-wide communications strategies through regional initiatives, events, and content and support for change adapted to the challenges of the Belgian market. 

You will be essential to the internal communications team working closely with other AVIV subsidiaries.  And thus develop pride in belonging to AVIV.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Partner with Belgium leaders to develop internal messaging for company and business updates – including memos, talking points, scripts for video/for speeches, Q&As

  • Define, produce, and roll out the most appropriate and compelling communication campaigns with key functional stakeholders

  •  Own the internal communication cadence by translating our business news into proactive, positive storytelling, driving engagement and building brand reputation internally

  • Support the team to manage Belgium leadership communication and key company events

Who we are looking for:

  • A track record in delivering internal communication strategies, campaigns and events

  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust

  • Exemplary writing, editing and proofreading skills

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail

  • Hands-on with a can-do positive attitude

  • Solution driven, pro-active and autonomous

  • The ability to work collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in English
