Immowelt at AVIV Group

Immowelt are experts in the German real estate industry with teams across Marketing, Sales & Commercial strategy. They’re passionate about bringing transparency and ease to their customers by offering them unique and efficient solutions to market and manage their properties across their platform and product suite.

We’re looking for

• An individual who can set up and lead our newly created Operations organisation (70+ FTE) covering after-sales, customer support and our various lead qualification operations through which our team advises consumers over the phone. 
• Build and lead a new organisation from existing teams that are spread across different parts of our current organisation and therefore be the architect of this new organisation.
• Assume operational and strategic leadership for integrating and driving synergies with companies that we partner with or as part of M&A transactions.
• Help drive process and transformation best-practice into Aviv Group’s Germany organisation and help ensure we have an efficient and smooth-running organisational engine. 
• Re-define processes and set up an underlying KPI framework to measure the performance of your organisation on a continuous basis.
• Report directly to the Country Managing Director and will work closely with your counterparts in other European countries to share best practices.

Who we are looking for

• Degree from a top university in a business-related or quantitative field
• Very good experience with a proven track record of operational and significant experience designing KPI-led processes
• Deep people leadership experience and excellent analytical and strategic thinking
• A leader, motivator and strong collaborator who can demonstrate success in delivering and navigating complex projects in a matrixed, distributed global organisation
• Outstanding ability to communicate and break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
