In order to support our growth in France and internationally ( AVIV Group ), we are looking for permanent Salesforce Developers (F/M/X) .

We are looking for someone capable of:

• Build technical solutions as close as possible to user needs;

• Take part in all developments on Salesforce.com: design, creation, testing, acceptance, deployment and support;

• Maintain a state-of-the-art architecture on a constantly evolving platform (LWC, Flows, Apex);

• Design application packages (unlocked packages) which will be deployed across Europe.

And most importantly, you will be invited to be a source of proposals to  support the realization of projects  in order to respond to the strategy of the AVIV group. All in an agile context.

You will join the department responsible for designing and maintaining all the functionalities of the Salesforce platform and related tools. It is made up of two impact teams, each comprising:

• 1 Eng. Manager;

• 1 Tech Lead;

• 5 Salesforce Developers (M/F);

• 2Product Manager.

The technical stacks  of the position:

• Sales Cloud;

• Cloud Service;

• Marketing Cloud;

• CPQ; 

• Billing / Sofacto.

But also many ISVs: Diabolocom as a CTI solution, Tilkee for electronic signature, Asperato for payments and many others.

We are very sensitive to the quality of the code we produce. This is linked to the teams values ​​which are the quest for excellence and mutual aid.

We encourage impact teams to make application improvements (refactoring, re-architecture, adoption of new technologies (migration of VFP and Aura to LWC, migration of Process Builder and Workflow to Flow and trigger).

An employee having:

• Higher education in computer science;

• Significant experience in Salesforce development;

• Ideally experience on AWS or the Cloud (Azure, GCP);

• An appetite for clean code and everything that revolves around it.

Recruitment process:

• Manager interview in video with the Engineering Manager;

• Technical interview.
