Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:

  • contribute to enhancing a Global Talent Management and succession planning approach across the Group
  • take care of invitation management and other logistics for talent management programs and processes
  • support implementation of talent management processes and programs
  • offer support to the Talent Management team on administrative tasks
  • contribute to the creation of new talent management initiatives under supervision
  • administrate competencies matrix
  • be an ambassador for our Aviv behaviors and drive cultural initiatives
  • observe, learn, fail fast, learn, try again, learn, apply and get their best.

Qualifications

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:

  • passion for people and organizations
  • Social Sciences student (preferably Organizational Psychology)
  • MS / Google suite
  • passion for science
  • organizing skills
  • creativity
  • team player
  • fluent in English
  • based in Berlin (is a plus)
  • willingness and a big desire to rock their career :)
