What we do in Seeker - Product at AVIV

The seeker Organisation places the customer at the heart of everything we do. We are on a mission to help unlock every person's perfect place. We are organized along the home seeker's journey with 4 pillars dedicated to acquisition & onboarding, finding your home, retention, and closing the deal. We operate in autonomous, cross functional teams each with its own mission and success metrics. Teams are given objectives and are empowered to find the best solutions to achieve those objectives.     Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Management : you will create excitement in the German office and manage the Pilor n°1 of the Seeker team : the engagement team, responsibility over the research page, helping seekers, still in the investigation phase, find the right home.

    • Product Management: you will build our Seeker strategy and implement it on our platform. You can identify our users' problems and develop Product solutions to offer them. You'll manage the entire life cycle of a product, from its design (discovery) to its launch (delivery). You will work closely with the technical team to ensure a fast pace of product delivery.

    • User obsessed: you gather all the qualitative and quantitative information to identify the problems and needs of our users in collaboration with Product Designers and the Growth & Analytics teams, for the German market.

    • Analytics: you also rely on Analytics tools to analyze and understand our users. Your decisions to improve products will be made with regard to KPIs and numerical analyses in order to anticipate and see the impact of your projects.

    • Lean: you'll adopt Discovery techniques to evolve products quickly, iteratively and incrementally.

    • Business expertise: you keep up-to-date with the best practices and keep an eye on what the other leading sites are doing, so that we can always offer the best user experience.

     

    Qualifications

    Who we are looking for

    • Successful managerial experience so you can inspire and lead people in the Monetization team

    • Successful experience as a Product Manager

    • You are comfortable in a distributed  and cross-functional environment

    • You are comfortable working with Product Designers and Developers to create products with real impact

    • Good listening, synthesis and organizational skills

    • Excellent level of oral and written communication 

    • A product ambassador spirit would be appreciated
