What we do in Strategy & Transformation at AVIV

We are responsible for defining the strategy and leading its execution to transform AVIV. 

  • Lead strategy and OKR setting in response to company capabilities, changing customer needs and the competitive market context
  • Prioritise strategic initiatives to optimise investment between various country and customer opportunities
  • Drive complex transformation through reporting, developing insights and coordinating delivery across multiple countries/functions
  • Source, seed and accelerate transformation opportunities, working closely with markets to deliver and embed greenshoot innovation

Job Description

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a Transformation Office (TO) who will support the execution of transformation and change projects. Key responsibilities will include;

  • Coordinate and drive top multi-country, multi-division initiatives in partnership with executive and senior leadership optimising our solutions, delivery and processes
  • Support the executive team in identifying, shaping and driving transformation initiatives
  • Provide insights and progress tracking on Transformation projects and strategic priorities within, up and out of the organisation including presentations and regular reporting
  • Drive execution by ensuring coordination and collaboration between countries and functions through PMO e.g. reporting, meetings, governance rhythm, cost
  • Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and acting to resolve them to maximise and accelerate delivery of our priorities
  • Preparation of project reports including status reports and project dashboards, tracking and analysis of budgetary information across the full project portfolio

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 5 years+ professional experience with previous PMO or Project Management experience and a strong execution bias to drive initiatives to completion 
  • Experience in transformation, project management and delivery in a top-tier strategy consulting, technology firm or Private Equity would be highly relevant
  • You will have a track record of engaging with stakeholders and developing those relationships to engage not just on the how, but also on the why with the courage to challenge
  • Excellent project planning skills and experience of using project management and planning tools and ability to apply a logical, solution based and analytical approach to work
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English is essential (written and verbal) with fluency in German and French a plus
  • Relevant but not essential would be a professional qualification such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, APMP or PMP
