We’re responsible for hiring diverse talent across the AVIV Group who are subject matter experts in their field of work.     Job Description

    Your responsibilities

    • You are responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting across all locations and are in charge of the entire recruiting cycle (from job postings to active sourcing to coordinating and participating in interviews)
    • You advise our managers in the Product & Tech area on all recruitment issues
    • You fill our talent pipeline in order to win the best candidates for us in the long term
    • You identify new channels and develop innovative strategies for approaching and attracting talent
    • You will guide candidates through the entire process and ensure a first-class candidate experience through to onboarding
    • You act as the first touchpoint to applicants as an ambassador of our open and team-oriented corporate culture within the product & tech community
    • You work trustfully with our works council and develop new topics in the team with a lot of fun and energy

    Qualifications

    Who we are looking for

    • You have experience in active sourcing for technical positions and in full-cycle recruitment of Tech talent
    • You can easily manage 15-20 positions at any given time
    • You are a strong communicator and are experienced in conducting professional interviews, by phone or video call
    • You are enthusiastic about recruiting topics and are confident in using social media and tech platforms
    • You contribute your own ideas and keep an eye on new recruiting trends
    • You work in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way; your commitment and resilience meet assertiveness and creative drive
    • Ideally, you have experience with the applicant management system SmartRecruiters
    • You can start asap and are available for a minimum of 12 months
