Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute all talent marketing programs and campaigns for AVIV.
  • Build and execute a go-to-market marketing strategy focused on selling our career at AVIV Group - identifying the channels which drive talent to apply for opportunities with us and fortifying how we invest in these channels to further build and elevate our Talent Brand.
  • Create a source of truth by building a data dashboard so that we can see trends and make key pivotal decisions which will enable us to hire diverse talent across our organisation and understand the trends which exist in our current infrastructure so we can talent map effectively.
  • Manage our social media recruitment channels which include, social networks like, LinkedIn, and Xing, review sites like Glassdoor, and job aggregators like Indeed.
  • Increase our SEO on search engines by being intuitive on word placement and advertising.
  • Create recruitment marketing campaigns (paid and organic) with our Head of Employer Brand across our key platforms whilst also assisting with defining and continual refining of our content strategy externally.
  • As a content creator you will help build a content destination using a multi-channel approach in multiple formats, from imagery, videography, articles, vlogs and much much more.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

  • An experienced recruitment professional who understands how Linkedin’s algorithm works for both paid and organic content and familiar with the LinkedIn product suite
  • An individual who enjoys social media, from creating content to understanding trends and how to apply that to create further content to engage with wider communities
  • An individual who can look at data and pivot initiatives
  • Someone who is curious and always exploring new market concepts/campaigns 
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Experience in capturing content and editing content, i.e. Photoshop, Canva.  
  • Creating a content plan and calendar. Experience using Monday.com is a bonus!
