What we do in Ventures & Incubation

The Ventures & Incubation team looks after AVIV Group growth accelerators, building new revenue lines, business models and capabilities to best serve owners, buyers, renters and agents’ needs. It focuses on early-stage opportunities with high potential, with the objective to fast-track scaling and value creation. It plays a key role in making AVIV the leading European real estate platform.

Reporting to the Senior Director Ventures & Incubation, the Associate will play a key role in assessing new growth opportunities and drive the execution of selected growth programs.

• Plan and execute multiple opportunity assessments: strategic framing, discovery, opportunity sizing, definition of execution options (incl. partnerships and acquisition).
• Conduct the necessary analyses (eg competitor analysis, market best practices & trend analysis) and prepare data models (e.g. business case).
• Drive growth acceleration on selected early-stage opportunities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across several countries, with internal and external parties.
• Analyse and research new opportunity territories: proptech trends, growth potentials, innovative business models.
• Run program management with focus and drive, securing high commitment from stakeholders and strong results.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an energetic, business-driven, talented individual for this essential role:

• Excellent degree from a leading university in a business-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management and business modelling, preferably in a top-tier management/strategy consultancy, a strategic finance function or Private Equity.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, solid financial modelling capability for business case development.
• Result-driven with demonstrated drive and interpersonal skills to achieve targets.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of seniority across the organisation and talented in managing and balancing stakeholder interests in a muti-cultural environment.
• Ability to engage with external parties (partnerships, research, etc), with all levels of seniority and management.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and curious to think beyond the obvious.
• Fluent in English and German, French is a plus.
