Marketing Analytics at AVIV Group

The marketing analytics team is responsible for providing analytical support to our Performance Marketing team. This team evaluates the effectiveness of our online marketing activities by monitoring the performance of our acquisition channels. They identify optimization opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of each channel and share insights to improve acquisition.

Furthermore the Marketing Analytics Team monitors the overall performance of our individual Aviv brands (Immowelt, Immoweb, Groupe SeLoger, Meilleurs Agents) and analyzes data related to marketing campaigns, revenue, conversion rates and ROAS.

The Data Analysts of the Marketing analytics team work closely not only with the Performance Marketing Team, but also with the Data Engineering Team to ensure that our data platform meets the needs of the product analysts and our product teams.

Job Description

What we are looking for

  • Build and develop a powerful marketing analytics team, including attracting, nurturing, and retaining talent and fostering a culture that is aligned with the Aviv brand, company values and our 5 behaviors.
  • Organize the structure and processes of the marketing analytics team to best support our Stakeholders from the Performance Marketing department
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy for our AVIV group brands
  • Establish KPIs and metrics and provide recommendations on new data collection to evaluate and monitor the overall performance of our brands
  • Develop, together with your team, a multi-brand monitoring and reporting framework that will enable us to effectively manage our channels
  • Leverage and combine data from multiple sources such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM and other sources to provide valuable insights
  • Oversee the development of a Marketing Mix Modeling that helps us to allocate our budget in the best possible way
  • Work closely with tracking implementation teams and developers to ensure the implementation of tracking concepts.
  • Ensure that the analysis tools and data platform design meet the requirements of the marketing analysts.
  • Support with your expertise in the smooth migration to Google Analytics 4

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

  • You have a master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in analytics with first leadership experience
  • Experienced in working with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.), Big Query and SQL
  • Capability to prioritize and guide your team on data and business objectives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, senior executives and team members
  • Skilled at working with international cross functional teams under a tight timeline
  • The ability to communicate ambitious goals effectively while keeping your team motivated
