Job Description

As a Global Product Marketing Manager B2B you will help AVIV to develop and deliver products that unlock everyone’s perfect place.

You will report directly to the Product Marketing Director and be responsible for leading our PMM strategy to position, launch and grow key AVIV brands in all our countries and entities.

You will partner with teams across Product, Design, Data, Research, Growth and Brand to drive awareness, adoption and engagement for brands across the AVIV Group and achieve shared goals and KPIs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Carry out benchmarks and competitive intelligence to enable a better positioning of our products.
  • Be the voice of our community and markets to Product Managers to support our product strategy.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for our new products but also for product re-launches or new features
  • Develop creative and well-constructed content and marketing materials with the help of our Brand and Product designers.
  • Coordinate and elaborate the planning of new products launches across Europe in conjunction with local Brand & Communication, Sales & Customer Success and CRM teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product and local teams (the sales, business performance and marketing teams) to provide them with user or market insights, positioning and key messages in order to successfully execute go-to-market campaign
  • Coach and support all teams on product strategy and communication.
  • Ensure the success of your product portfolio.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • You have a proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role in B2B product, SaaS or digital solutions 
  • You have a strong track record in trade marketing, sales enablement and go-to-market strategy (product positioning etc.). 
  • You enjoy mentoring other people in teams to increase team’s skills. 
  • You know how to efficiently analyze and distill data into actionable insights and to inform campaign strategy and product teams. 
  • You are creative and excel at creating and delivering engaging presentations.
  • You have very good oral and written communication skills in both French and English. 
  • You're an ally to product managers and other marketers, often volunteering to test alphas/betas, lead inbound customer research, and seek diverse perspectives
  • You are an enthusiastic person with leadership skills: you clearly communicate and involve stakeholders early and often and work to secure buy-in, address concerns, and incorporate feedback
  • You like to work in matricial, cross-functional environments where your success depends on others success
  • You want to help build a great new team.
