What is the Product Marketing team about

We’re looking for talented Product Marketing Managers to join our growing Global Product Marketing team. If you genuinely love what you do, are driven and passionate, then we want to hear from you.

As a Global Product Marketing Manager BtoC you will help Aviv to develop and deliver products that unlock everyone’s perfect place.

You will report directly to the Product Marketing Director and be responsible for leading our Product Marketing Management strategy to position, launch and grow key Aviv’s products in all our countries and entities.

You will partner with teams across Product, Design, Data, Research, Growth and Brand to drive awareness, adoption and engagement for Aviv’s products and achieve shared goals and KPIs.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Positioning & Strategy: Identify users’ needs and key value drivers to create data-driven actionable insights for product teams and market-fit value propositions based on B2C segmentation, competitive data and market trends.

  • Messaging & Storytelling: Develop contents that articulates the benefits of our products for all key marketing channels (from website pages to product videos, emails, event activations, media campaigns, documentation, etc.) and all our personas.

  • Go-to-market Strategy: Build plans that support product adoption, retention, and steer users’ journey to discover new products leveraging all relevant channels in collaboration with Growth Marketing teams.

  • Implementation of GTM strategy: Working closely with product and brand teams to brief them with the user insights, value props and messaging in order to successfully execute go-to-market campaigns. Take a diplomatic leadership approach to involve stakeholders early and get cross-functional work done; be a proactive leader and decision-maker.

  • Roadmap Planning & Support: collaborate with the Product team to support product roadmap and help identify improvement opportunities.

  • Tracking & Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of your marketing programs towards OKRs and optimize your activity accordingly.

  • Scaling product marketing efforts globally: operationalize resources such as playbooks for regional marketing teams.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing with a Master degree in marketing, business or engineering.

  • You have a first significant experience  in a similar role in B2C product, Saas or digital solutions and a strong track record in consumer marketing.

  • You have a great understanding of channels to focus on the right message for the right customer on the right channel (at the right time!).

  • You know how to efficiently analyze and distill data into actionable insights and to inform campaign strategy and product teams. 

  • You're a stellar and concise stellar speaker, storyteller, and writer: you can slice, dice, and distill a narrative from a complex data set into an executive summary

  • You have excellent communication skills, both in French and English.

  • You're an ally to product managers and other marketers, often volunteering to test alphas/betas, lead inbound customer research, and seek diverse perspectives

  • You're the antithesis of a lone wolf: you clearly communicate and involve stakeholders early and often and work to secure buy-in, address concerns, and incorporate feedback

  • You like to work in matricial, cross-functional environments where your success depends on others success

  • You think you are a real-estate-curious Product Marketer 

  • You want to help build a great new team.

Additional Information

Please note, this role can be based remotely in: France, Germany and Belgium.

We also support hybrid working from our office in Paris.
