Job Description

This role is based in our Mobile Experience Team

With millions of App users across Europe looking for the right property to buy, rent or sell, the Mobile Experience team is a multicultural team working on building the best in class native apps on both iOS and Android to provide delightful journeys in these key life moments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact for ASO partners, including our tools and partnerships with Apple and Google
  • You will be in charge of conducting the AVIV ASO strategy (rankings, keywords, app ratings, app store visibility) for a number of well known brands under the AVIV Group across Europe.
  • Own the creative process for optimising and testing store graphic assets to increase app page conversion,
  • You will define and implement ASO frameworks, reporting and best practices to monitor, analyse and improve our Apps,
  • You will be actively working with Product, User Acquisition and growth Analytics teams to increase our App’s visibility  and KPI such as app installs, retention, churn rate and general ROI,
  • Working closely with the ASA manager to conduct new creative tests and develop new synergies,
  • You will drive Apps organic traffic initiatives across the AVIV group to improve performance and you perfectly know the value-added of deep-links, universal links, app indexing, smart banners
  • You will perform regular benchmarks to adapt and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience
  • In depth experience across App Store Optimisation with successful strategy implementation, achieving significant app user growth,
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • You are pragmatic and like to focus on what matters most and like to take on challenges or solve complex problems,
  • You are a self-motivated person who knows how to collaborate with several teams and stakeholders, build strong recommendations and create impact.
  • Fluency in English and an additional European language such as German, French or Dutch/Flemish is a bonus
  • Sensitivity for organic web/ SEO is bonus

Additional Information

The position could be based in Germany (Hamburg or Nuremberg), France (Paris) or Belgium, you also have the ability to work remotely from home and based in one of our operating locations.
