What we do in Talent Management at AVIV

Within Talent Management we actively support our people to reach their full potential by creating a global Aviv Talent & Learning Strategy. In consultation with the business, we take the ownership of effective Talent Management frameworks across the group to ensure availability of required talent for all functions of the organization short- and long-term as a prerequisite for highly competitive business performance and employer attractiveness.


Reporting into the Global Director Talent Management you will work closely with the People & Organization team to support our global talent roadmap. As Senior Talent Manager you will advise and collaborate with key stakeholders driving and implementing the Aviv Talent Management Strategy in line with our Performance Design. 

Job Description

  • As part of the Center of Excellence (CoEs) Talent Management, you will design and implement a Global Talent Management and succession planning approach across the Group. 
  • Design the development of Talent Management frameworks and tools for performance management, career, and succession planning and retention of talent. 
  • Ensure a data-driven performance and feedback strategy and lead standardized talent review rounds in line with our Aviv behaviours. 
  • Build career paths across the group and align them with our broader people strategy. 
  • Deliver Career Planning methods and processes to meet business needs and support individuals in realizing their potential. 
  • Lead the analysis of business needs and development of Talent programs. 
  • Ensure a KPI driven approach to provide advice to the business. 
  • Partner with our CoEs to provide data insights about development training and coaching, performance management best practices to support continuous professional development. 
  • Be an ambassador for our Aviv behaviours and drive cultural initiatives with the People & Organization team.  

Qualifications

  • At least 5-6 years’ experience in an HR Talent Development role / HRBP role. 
  • You have experience to work in the tech industry, ideally in a high growth environment.
  • Excellent project management skills (ideally in a global scope).
  • Experience with Talent & Performance Management approaches.
  • Strategic mindset to identify possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies. 
  • Strong knowledge on a data-driven talent roadmap and the ability to understand relevant HR market trends. 
  • You have strong communication skills all levels, coupled with tact and empathy for different personalities.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels and senior management. 
  • You have an analytical and operational strengths to be able to analyze, report and extract data as it relates to HR metrics.
  • You feel confident in a cross-cultural matrix organization. 
  • Fluent in English, German and French is a plus.
