What we do in Strategy & Transformation at AVIV

We are responsible for defining the strategy and leading it’s execution to transform AVIV. 

• Lead strategy and OKR setting in response to company capabilities, changing customer needs and the competitive market context
• Prioritise strategic initiatives to optimise investment between various country and customer opportunities
• Drive execution in top multi-country/function initiatives through PMO, insights and progress tracking - responsibility for up and out of organisation messaging
• Source, seed and accelerate transformation opportunities, working closely with markets to deliver and embed greenshoot innovation

What we are looking for

The Director Strategy & Transformation is a key role in designing and delivering the strategic building blocks of AVIV transformational growth and managing a portfolio of strategic projects for the group.

• Lead small teams of internal business consultants who can incubate new business opportunities to accelerate our response to market and work closely to transition these to ‘go to market’ in our countries.
• Drive execution by ensuring coordination and collaboration between countries and functions through PMO e.g. reporting, meetings, governance rhythm, cost
• Provide insights and progress tracking on Transformation projects and strategic priorities within up and out of the organisation
• Coordinate top multi-country, multi-division initiatives in partnership with executive and senior leadership optimising our solutions, delivery and processes

Who we are looking for

We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 10 years+ professional experience with leadership skills and a strong execution bias to drive initiatives to completion 
• Relevant experience in transformation, strategy and project management/delivery, preferably in a top-tier management/strategy consultancy, strategy/transformation function or Private Equity
• Entrepreneurial, someone who is curious and can take initiative, with a a capacity to think holistically and strategically
• Capacity to build trusted and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English is essential (written and verbal) with fluency in German and French a plus
