What we do in Finance in AVIV

Finance is a pivotal function at AVIV Group. Teams within Finance which include, Financial Planning, Analysis, Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Group Treasury, Tax and Procurement have a combined responsibility to ensure we grow sustainably, responsibly and aligned to our ambition of being the leading Real Estate Classifieds company in Europe. Job Description

What we are looking for

  • Lead as PMO the deployment and ongoing enhancements of Workday Finance & HR modules in Germany, France, and Belgium
  • Be the primary point of contact on the AVIV side for our implementation partner, a well-known international consultancy
  • Align internal subject matter experts and process owners on a common standard for Finance (accounting, purchase to pay, billing, expenses etc.) and HR (HCM core, compensation, absence mgmt., talent mgmt. and recruiting)
  • Act as a change ambassador to simplify and standardize business processes
  • Play an integral role at the steering committee, which will include AVIV’s CFO and CHRO
  • Coordinate the training of all users

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

  • You are a Finance Manager and have gained prior experience with an ERP implementation and related business process transformation
  • You possess strong project management skills
  • You are looking to join the Aviv Group Finance team post go-live, a team that’s forming and that will provide tremendous personal and professional development opportunities
  • Fluent in English, German and French are a plus
